Terms and conditions

1. Thecnical details about our audiobooks.
In order to facilitate listen, every audio audiolibro is divided part of the duration of 8-10 minutes.
Every MP3 starts with the name of audiolibro and the number of the part of books.
Other details on MP3:
- Tag ID3v1.1
- Bitrate: 56kbps
- Mode: mono
- Band: 16kHz

2. Details about storage.
For every order, you will receive a DVD (for PC): inside of it, will be present all the audiobooks. Every audiobook will be inserted in a folder.

3. Quality of our audiobooks.
The reading is not carried out from an interpreter, but from a complex vocal synthesizer. The reading in this way does not give interpretation to the text, leaving, to who listens, the same pleasure that a good book they give. Before place an order, we suggest you to listen the demo of our audioobooks.

3. Right of Recess.
According to the article 5 of Italian Law 22 maggio 1999, n. 185, the customer can't exercise the recess right for personalized audio products.

4. Returns Policy.

5. Place of Jurisdiction.
The Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Rome High Court (Italy), without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.

6. Remarks.
We have had to insert these small indications as a result of and disagreeable disadvantages taken place with some customers. However we think that with collaborations between the part, whichever problem can find a reasonable solution.
